The people that are in 90% of our JO’s. Millennials.

We are inexperienced to some because of when we were
founded. We’ll take it. Because we know that we
are not jaded. We are hungry, and we don’t see
ourselves getting full anytime soon.

Plus, can you really call an agency whose leaders
have a combined 50+ years in the industry,
inexperienced? Yeah, we didn’t think so.
